Disaster strikes

Last Sunday I upgraded the operating system (to iOS6) on my iPhone 3GS and lost 2 weeks of images.

So the rest of my September images are lost and I will begin again from October 1. And yet again, I am a week behind. Should I just take it easier on myself? It’s just a blog after all.

I am contemplating whether to continue doing a photo-a-day but I feel like I need to have a purpose for how I will continue. I know myself and if I’m not clear about what I’m committing to and how I’ll do it, then it just won’t happen.

If I can keep it up, I will. On with the images.

September 14, 2012 – Crimp knitting mills

I love this bold typeface. Are there any typography people out there? What is it?

September 13, 2012 – Swings

We’ve been spending a lot of time at the park on the swings lately. Amelia is now 9 months and enjoys the breeze in her hair. Weeeeeee!

September 12, 2012 – Downpipe

This building is amazing – I would love to find out its story but time is against me these days. Perhaps it’s just nicer to wonder. Maybe it’s home to a commune of mice spending their days making cheese art.

September 11, 2012 – Dog on the run

The dog doesn’t belong to the sunbakers and just happened to be careering through. I got the perfect moment huh!

September 10, 2012 – Milawa

We pulled off the highway at Wangaratta to stop at Milawa and wander about its lovely streets. We bought cheese, wine and olives – as you do in a gourmet region!

September 9, 2012 – Eagle

We had a picnic at the National Aboretum in Canberra on a beautiful crispy spring day. This sculpture ‘Nest III‘ by Richard Moffatt is mostly made from recycled farm machinery.
